I've been a

bad bad blogger! I havent update this poor blog for almost a month! I do have an update but I just cant find the time! Eeks! Currently I'm blogging from my hp, taking a break from packing my bags. I'm going back to my hometown soon for Hari Raya celebration will update this blog once I'm back in KL next week, insyaAllah. i would like to wish all my Muslim friends Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Sorry for all my wrongdoings. Maaf zahir dan batin. Have a safe and pleasant journey and hope you'll have a great Hari Raya and holiday.

Completed this LO

for a challenge about a week ago but havent gotten the chance to write about it in here..This is for SIC's August Challenge, where you can find it here. Its a fun challenge coz U need to create a collage of ATCs to be inluded into your LO. Here's what I did with the ATCs (there are 5 ATCs altogether) :

scattered the dewdrops all over the ATC :)
black ATC-doodle the edges, white ATC-masking technique

yellow ATC- applied alphabets rub ons all over, green ATC-stamped and heat embossed

and the LO:

This time around I dig up my rub-ons and now I think I'm addicted to it (rub-ons not digging! :p )! :D And I like how the string of pearls wrapped around the red Prima flower :) And I must mention that I love the gorgeous Webster Pages pp!

Oh, you do realized that this LO is on Lenka right? I managed to watch her performance during her tour to some of the Asian countries and Malaysia is one of the lucky country! This Australian singer is absolutely awesome! Her voice is very cute and she has a very pretty face too! I'm sure you'll see a few more of Lenka's LO from me in the near future! ;)

The weekend is just around the corner..cant wait! And InsyaAllah the fasting months begins this Saturday too! I would like to wish all my Muslim friends Selamat Berpuasa and Selamat menunaikan amal ibadah dan mendapat kerahmatan dari-Nya, InsyaAllah.. :)

I would like to share with you

some of my previous layouts since I first started scrapping in 2007 (My first LO will not be shown here as I feel its ugly to be displayed here :P) The layouts shown will be from the first few layouts till the latest LOs which have not been displayed here yet. (Please be warned that these LOs are simple as I'm still in the stage of learning-especially the layering part-Oh! I always drool when I see LOs with gorgeous layering!) Enjoy 'the show' :)

Sounds like fun? It is fun! :) I've just started reading this book yesterday and heard that the book is good..(cant wait to find out!) There'll be a movie coming out based on this book later this year too, saw the gazette/trailer (not sure what it is called) last Saturday and it looks good!

Hmmm...lets see...10 honest things about myself would be:
1) I love purple
2) I have this habit of buying perfumes! I think currently I own more than 10 bottles (ok, I definitely have to stop buying!)

4) I love reading! I think I have read about 30 books this year (and that doesnt include women and scrapbook magazines!)
5) I love to hoard sb stuff but it will take forever to create something with the stash! (please refer to no.3..LOL!)
6) I {heart} Lenka's songs! I can listen to her songs all day long without feeling bored ;)
7) I hate my job! I desperately need a new job.. (any job vacancy anyone??)
8) I'm addicted to facebook (Its a must to log in everyday. hehe)
9) I have to control my eating habit..I feel sooooo huge! I miss being only 45kg 3-4 years back! :(
10) I'm glad that this has come to an end as I've no idea what else to type :P

This will be

my lonnnngggg overdue updates..Sorry for not updating sooner, been busy,lazy and not feeling so good lately (oh well what else is new :p) Please be warned that this entry will have lotsa pictures- pictures overload! :) Here goes my updates:

Remember this post? Here are the pictures of the cupcakes that I've won from her. Isnt it lovely? I love the cupcake and I love the tag as well! Thanks Yatie! The cupcake is sitting nicely on my scrapping table! ;)

In this post too I mentioned about receiving all the bookmarks from the swap that I joined in Groovie Scraps Cafe. Thanks ladies! All the bookmarks are lovely! And thanks CK for sending me those bookmarks together with some RAK. That is so sweet of you! :)

Last Saturday I attended Scrappingchix's 1st anniversary party. I had a great time-meeting new scrappers, shopping (this is a must!), eating (trust me, all the food serrved were yummy-licious! and we were taught to do mini album by the talented scrapper-Yatie! Thanks Naddy for having us! and for being a nice host and for serving us the great food (thanks to your mom too for making those delicious cakes!) It was nice to meet Yatie again for the 2nd time and getting to know these two scrappers: Mazlina and Hazerin (sorry if its wrong spelling!) Yatie, thanks for teaching us the mini album..I love how the mini album looks like-a fold gated album(sorry I do not know what it is called) and as expected-it's yet to be completed.hehe!I did not take any picture of the mini album, probably will show it once its been fully completed! :) Here are some shots that I took on that day (please excuse for the small amount of pictures that I took on that day-I totally forgot to take pictures! was caught up with shopping, talking and eating! I save the best update for the last! (To me-its my best update.haha!) I think I did mentioned doing something which is 2 months overdue aite? Finally I managed to scrap pictures from my 25th bday which is now almost 3 months (gasp!) overdue. Only this time, instead of doing it in a layout, I did it in an acrylic butterfly mini album from Maya Road. I still think I failed in actually using the acrylic as whole (I tend to be scared to show the bare-ness of the album, so almost all of the pages are being covered with pps and cs!) However, I like how it looks like once its completed. Owh, did I mention this is actually my FIRST mini album that I managed to complete? (previously, all of my mini albums was done halfway-hence not even 1 complete mini album ever created by me! So this time around, I did it! :D) All tohether there are 14 pages, lets start looking now and let the pictures so all the talking, shall we? ;)
